Soft copy of a signed Career Statement or CV in PDF format.
Proof of Application Fee Payment (Bank pay slip uploaded via Portal).
After admission, an annual membership fee of RWF 100,000 is required.
Payment is made using the same payment modalities (GT Bank or MoMo Pay).
A Practicing License is issued after payment of the annual membership fee.
All applications are processed through the IER Membership Digital Portal.
