Applicants must have less than two (2) years of experience after graduation.
Passport-size Photograph (PNG or JPG format).
Scanned copy of National ID or Passport (PNG or JPG).
Soft copy of a signed Career Statement or CV in PDF format.
Scanned copy of Notarized Bachelor’s Degree (A0) (PNG or JPG).
Proof of Application Fee Payment (Bank pay slip uploaded via Portal).
After admission, an annual membership fee of RWF 20,000 is required.
Upon payment, a Membership Certificate is issued.
No practicing license is issued at this level.
All applications are processed through the IER Membership Digital Portal.
